Our 8” 3 layered Southern Hummingbird Cake is ultra moist, soft, and has wonderful banana flavor along with crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, and a hint of cinnamon. We frost it with our creamy cream cheese frosting and add pecans between the layers. We finish this yummmy cake off with chopped pecans around the base and garnish the top of the cake! Definitely a Southern favorite!
