Vanilla Chocolate Birthday

Vanilla cupcake, cut in half, placed in a cup and filled with chocolate buttercream frosting, multi-colored or chocolate sprinkles, then the next layer is topped with more chocolate buttercream frosting and sprinkles.  A party in a cup!!
